Hello, My name is Gabriela Speck. I am recent graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and am thrilled to be Certified in Holistic Nutrition. I have a life long interest in general health, endurance athletics and weight training.
I have spent the past twenty years of my career working in prehospital medicine and as a Respiratory Therapist on a Critical Care Transport Team. I am a passionate clinician with a life long desire for learning. My interest in preventative and restorative medicine has grown over the years as I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when provided with the right nourishment and support.
My holistic approach goes beyond diet alone; understanding the interconnectedness of nutrition, stress management, physical activity and emotional well-being. My goal with each client is to meet them where they are in their health journey and to create a supportive environment where the client feels heard, understood and empowered to take charge of their health. Together we will work towards sustainable lifestyle changes that reach goals, promote balance and long-term health.
I am looking forward to continuing my learning journey while supporting woman in various life stages including during perimenopausal and menopause transition as well as helping them achieve their personal goals and improve general wellness.
